The architect and developer designed a hybrid brick-veneer external wall system with face brick on the external leaf, and Fast Fix 65mm internal wall on the internal leaf, which increased the thermal properties of the wall to R4, and allowed the builder to joint flush and finish directly to some panels without the need for plastering.
