This 21 Storey apartment project was developed by El and El Group, designed by Woods Bagot architects and built by BGC Construction. It was important to the developer that the external and intertenancy walls that encased each apartment achieved exceptionally high thermal and acoustic values to increase the indoor comfort levels for each occupant.

Shemco used Rockwool external wall panels which satisfied wind loads for the entire building, along with internal insulation and lining to achieve thermal values of R4. The partition walls between corridors and adjoining units were built with our Rockwool Internal panels, along with additional insulation and linings to achieve acoustic properties of up to Rw 62 + Ctr -5, which would be among the highest designed and built in these types of developments.
