Residential Panel System
Overview:
All Fast Fix products are made up of a polyurethane (PUR) or a polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating core that is structurally and thermally superior to any other insulating material. PU or PIR panel cores are thermally bonded to the panel skins during the manufacturing process.
The Fast Fix Housing System is one of the only complete multi-storey systems available that achieves structural requirements and energy efficient ratings without needing additional trades and materials.
Reaching Lock-up Stage is one simple installation process that saves the owner and builder a considerable amount of time and money. It allows the builder to draw claims faster and the owner to move in sooner.
Wall Panel
Fast Fix Wall Panels come in a double and single configuration used as an external and internal wall, respectively. The wall panels have fibre cement skins allowing most finishes to be directly applied to the panel. The unique, offset tongue and groove joining system ensures there is no thermal bridging and thermal values remain intact.

Floor Panel
Fast Fix Floor Panels are sound absorbing, highly insulated and rigid. The panels are capable of large spans and are incredibly simple to install. The panels strength comes from the combination of steel RHS embedded into the dense insulation core. The flooring system can be installed onto most framing systems for challenging site terrains, or directly onto Fast Fix Walls as upper level flooring.

Roof Panel
Fast Fix Roof Panels come in a range of thicknesses to suit thermal and spanning requirements. The panels are made up of two pre-painted steel skins bonded to the insulation core, with a finger-joint and cam-lock joining system. Fast Fix Roofing can be used as the roof cover, framing, insulation and ceiling all in one. It can be directly fixed to Fast Fix Walls without the need for any framing or supports.
